I was working on a research for the status of cosmetics industry in Asia and I came across this kakaibang product of Indonesia (which obviously is under the cosmetics and toiletries category).
Was really shocked to find out what it is and what it does. At first, I thought that the vagina word is pronounced as "vageeena" not "vajina" parang ayuverda or something. I mean it's a formal report/study on health and when I read the report I was so surprised to find out that it is something about a vaginal stick...didn't expect to find such a report.
Well apparently, Indonesians, especially, noble women use the stick to tighten, to keep dry and deodorize their vaginas. Most probably the wife of a king or prince (o kahit sino pa sigurong first wife) use this stick to be competitive against the courtesans or sa mga 2nd, 3rd, 4th wives.
Kakalerkei!
The herbal stick (which more or less looks like a tobacco or a dildo, usually white in color, and looks more like a white candle without the wick), also called Pasak Bumi, is being used for more than three centuries. It's either called Jamu or Madura and it is a traditional herbal mixture of secret ingredients. The article failed to disclose the ingredients. Gagawa pa naman ako sana at maibenta sa mga masyosyonda.
The "vaginal grooming" is found in Indonesia, and in some countries like Singapore, probably in Malaysia too. You can get the service or the product from healers, salons, spas, traditional and modern health clinics, and online shopping sites.
